K.G.F (2) - A worthy sequel, deservingly getting its due of praise and profits. The movie was able to sustain and outdo the earlier chapter (1) in almost all the departments; except for the sequence and scenes between the Hero and his love interest. The leading lady who confirms 'Rocky' as her lover in chapter 1; confesses her love only towards the end of chapter 2, though it hardly impacts the flow of the movie. The weight of the movie certainly increased with additional cast and their absolute performances and the narration is resolute with no nonsense. The elevation of the lead character and the purpose of his life have been so skillfully planned, penned and blended that the audience feel themselves sitting next to the peon character in the movie and waiting for the story to unfold further. The chapter 2 ends with the story as it begins in the chapter 1, intertwining the character of Rocky and his KGF for a period of 30 years. The effect of this movie is to last for much more than that period definitely, with the viewers. And a possible chapter 3 in anticipation, which might release again across the nation, carrying on the created sensation.
