ఉదయపు సూర్యునిలో జ్వాల
నిండు పున్నమిలో వెన్నెల
తొలకరి జల్లులో తడిసిన నేల
పులకరించే పక్షుల కిలకిల
ప్రవహించే నీటిలో గలగల
పలకరించే కడలిలో ప్రతి అల
నిదురించే కన్నులలో తీపికల
కలహంస నడకలో గల కళ
దరహాసం చిందించే తళతళ
నీకై… నీవై ఉండాలని ఎల్లవేళల
అందిస్తున్నా నీకు నా శుభాకాంక్షల,
అభినందనలతో ఈ శుభవేళ…

Chennai Express - As the saying goes, if it is fate; even if one goes to Rameswaram, that person might not get any Varam/Boon. Similarly, even if Rohit makes a film in Rameswaram, with Shahrukh Khan as a lead, releases it on Eid; it would not be a more successful/different bid. Just as the character of lead role, the director made a 'Halwa' movie; nothing big to watch on a big screen. Unnecessary scenes, unimpressive comedy, over-action sequences, multi-lingual tragedy; this Chennai Express fails to impress. Director might have under-estimated the power of a common man (audience), who views/reviews/decides the fate of every film. In my view... Ready, Steady, Paari Po (JUMPo)!
