Movie Review - Katamarayudu...

Movie: Katamarayudu (Telugu)
Directed: Kishore Kumar Pardasani (Dolly)
Produced: Sharrath Marar
Story: Siva/Bhoopathy Raja
Based on: Tamil Movie 'Veeram'
Music: Anup Rubens
Cast: Pawan Kalyan/Shruti Haasan/Ali/Asmitha Karnani/Ajay/Siva Balaji/Kamal Kamaraju/Chaitanya Krishna/Nassar/Tarun Arora/Pradeep Rawat

Katamarayudu - A routine love story, a remake with further make-up about a break-up and later patch-up after smash-up shedding ketch-up. The Heroine in attires cut further up, worse than dancers in the group, not much scope in this soup, only showcasing pout in lips and swinging the hips. Wasted talent of skilled actors by making them cold over charcoal. Unnecessary characters of least significance, average songs with so-so lyrics and sollu (avoidable) dance. Not a wise choice for the lead actor to take up this project as it has got nothing to project; either his cine career or expecting political future. Seems he needs to be further mature. Great disappointment has been the lead actress; from such a reputed family, with multiple talents, more reach with various ads, cross industry presence; but little social responsibility or realization towards society. Hope the youth will be watchful by not watching such (Katama) rod movies or/and practicing the shown moves.
